Obituary for William G. Lavender Jr.

William George Lavender Jr. 73 of West Berlin passed away peacefully at home with his family September 3rd after fighting pancreatic cancer for over two years.
Born in Philadelphia but raised in Maple Shade, Bill leaves behind his loving wife of 47 years Theresa (Vento) Daughters Kristin Lavender and Danielle (Marc) Ricci and “his boys” his grandsons, Jason, Luca, Dominic and Nicolas “Rocco” Ricci. He will be missed most in the morning by his dog Maggie who no longer has his leftover breakfast. The son of Gertrude Lavender and the late William G Lavender Sr.and brother to five siblings and many nieces and nephews. Bill was in the army and a Vietnam Veteran. He loved classic cars, classic rock, all animals, his plants and his grandsons. He could also fix anything with a roll of duck tape or a screwdriver.
