Obituary

Maureen Loughran (nee Hartnett) entered into eternal rest on June 25, 2020 at her residence in Marlton, NJ. The second of four children and eldest daughter, arriving on July 13, 1943 to the delight of her now late parents, Anne (nee Campbell) and Joseph A. Hartnett.

Shortly after her graduation from Philadelphia’s Cardinal Dougherty high school, she met and soon married the love of her life, John Loughran. Their union spanned 40 years until John‘s untimely death in 2004. As a couple, they raised two children, the late Bryan J. Loughran and Amy A. Kaniff (Patrick) whose daughter, Olivia will fondly cherish memories of her Nan.

Predeceased by her brother Joseph D. Hartnett and survived by her two sisters, Michele Kenney (Michael Keenan) and Denise Krieger (William) and many nieces and nephews, one of whom dubbed his Aunt "ReLo Mo” as a tribute to her acumen in real estate which she practiced skillfully for many years in Naperville, IL.

The warmth of her presence will live in our hearts forever.

Visitation will take place at Nativity BVM Church, 30 E. Franklin Street, Media, PA from 10 AM until 11 AM on Friday, July 3, 2020. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM, precisely. Interment will be at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield, Pennsylvania.
