Obituary

Fleenor, Frances JoAnn (nee Miller), 82 years old, passed away on Thursday, October 8th, 2020 at 11:10 p.m. in Virtua Hospital of Voorhees, N.J.

JoAnn was born on July 1, 1938, in Washington County, VA and was a daughter of the late Robert L. Miller Jr., and Alma Fay Nester Miller, living most of her life in Cincinnati, OH, before moving to NJ with her daughter, Teresa Romeo.

JoAnn was a devoted mother to her surviving daughters, Teresa K. Romeo of Sicklerville, NJ, and Donna J. Kirker of Mt. Orab, OH. Other living family members are her brothers Douglas W. Miller of Batavia, OH and Kenneth R. Miller of Indianapolis, IN. She was a caring grandmother of Tonya J. Rieman, from Washington State, Bryan R. Romeo of Brick, NJ, and Nicole A. Romeo, of Charlotte, NC, as well as an adoring great grandmother of Alexis Luciani of Washington State, and Troy and Trey Mortensen, also of Washington State. She has several nieces and nephews that also remain. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Services for Frances “JoAnn” will be held privately with her family. Funeral under the direction of Bradley FH, Marlton, NJ. Those wishing to send memories or messages of sympathy online may do so by clicking the “Memory Wall” tab above the obituary.
