Ceil was one of my dearest best friends since we were in first grade in Philadelphia. Initially, it was five of us in the first grade who became life long friends, Julie, Dolores, Barbara and me. Ceil had many friends through the years and we were all fortunate to call her our Beautiful, sweet and loving FRIEND. Dear Ceil, rest in the peace of the Lord. My prayers for you will continue. LOVE you, Ceil!!! Larry and I send our condolences to Frank, Frankie, David and Chris and their families and also to Sonny and Dominick and their families. Our condolences also to all who called her “Friend”.
